SinevaHome is the first gated residential complex of its kind near Ogosta Lake — a region where luxury has always meant a private house, never a community. There were no benchmarks. No comparisons. No proof. Just a location, a vision, and an idea years ahead of the market.

What we were up against:

🔹 An out-of-town location with developing infrastructure 🔹 A market unfamiliar with the gated-community concept 🔹 Zero reference projects to validate the model 🔹 A perception that this lifestyle is "only for the wealthy"

Setting a new standard is hard. Convincing people to take the first step toward it — even harder.
