MBAL Varna was one of Varna's oldest institutions. Decades of history. And a reputation that had quietly fallen apart.
The building was neglected. The staff was leaving. And in the minds of most people across Northeast Bulgaria, it was just that place — the old one. The forgotten one. The one you don't choose when it matters.
Then a new team walked in.

Challenge
One of Varna's oldest hospitals — now upgraded with leading specialists, modern technology, and advanced procedures (rhinoplasty, gastric balloons). The challenge: people's first association was 'outdated state institution.'
