About the role

We're xpanding the social team. We're looking for someone who can think in posts the way most people think in sentences — and who knows the difference between content that performs and content that just looks busy. You'll work across our portfolio (Direction → Ideas → Growth) building social from concept to publish, with real numbers behind every decision.

Requirements

  • 2+ years building social content for brands (in-house or agency)
  • Strong copywriting in Bulgarian and English
  • Understanding of paid amplification basics (Meta + TikTok)
  • Hands-on with Figma or Photoshop for quick creative iterations
  • Comfortable owning a content calendar end-to-end

Nice to have

  • Video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, anything)
  • Photography eye
  • Experience with TikTok-native content
