About the role

Growth pillar is hiring. We need a performance marketer who treats every euro spent like it's their own. You'll run paid social, Google Ads, and conversion optimization across our retainer clients — with full ownership of strategy, execution, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years running paid media (Meta, Google, ideally TikTok and LinkedIn too)
  • Hands-on with GA4 and at least one attribution tool
  • Comfortable building landing pages or briefing the dev team
  • Native or fluent Bulgarian + business English

Nice to have

  • E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Conversion rate optimization background
  • Worked in or with a creative agency before
